a2k - graphics with transparency

Just noticed that the background colour on my nice bmp headings that I drop
onto each form, may not exactly match the background colour of the forms
when running the db in XP.

In Windows 2000 they seem OK.

I'm probably missing a trick here but is there a way of creating a graphic
that Access 2000 will accept where the background is transparent; so that
the form's background shows behind my image?

For example, if I have the words 'Main Switchboard' in black as an image, I
could then drop it onto say a yellow background and the yellow would show
as that image's background.

Hope this make sense :)
