Access 2000 on Office XP?

On a certain computer I have MS Office XP Standard Edition installed.
Thas is WITHOUT MS Access. Now I happen to need MS Access. And think it
is not a good solution to buy a new MS Office XP Business edtion. So
therefore I have some questions.

1 I have a MS Office 2000 Student Edition. This includes MS Access and
it is OK to install on three computers. Is it possible to install this
MS Access on top of my current MS Office XP?

2 Can a MS Access database (with forms, queries and reports) be exported
for import into a MS Works database?

3 If neither 1 nor 2 has a viable solution, is there a good alternative?
