tabledef method question

hello-

i have a basic question about table def method in access 97.

it is possible to populqte the tabldef with results from a query?
for instance, if i create a new tabledef and append new fields, then
is it possible to take the data from a query already made and populate
the new table def?

thanks in advance - jung

Yes it is - see the "INSERT INTO Statement" Access help article. You
can also do the same thing using a "make table" query. See the Access
help article on make table queries.
