help with opening the form /clear the form

I have a form which is designed to only data entery.When i try to open
to form in the run form I have the following errors

1. when i open the form I get an error message saying "Access can't
find macros" - The macro (or its macro groups) does not exits or
themacro is new but has'nt been saved.Not that when you enter a
macrogroup.macroname syntax in an argumentyou must specify the name
macro group was last saved under.

But when I click OK I am able to open the form.To make it clear I do
not think I have added any macro but I written few validation for the
fields.I do get this message after entering the data and hit enter to
save the data.

2. Secondly,I have written the following code in the key press event
of the employee number to allow the user to ente only numbers in this
field.

If (KeyAscii < 48) Or (KeyAscii > 57) Then
KeyAscii = 0
MsgBox "Please Enter Only Numbers", vbOKOnly, "New Employee
Number"
End If

When the data entry is complete and when I hit enter in the last field
to save the records,no doubt the records are saved but the fields do
not get clear for the next date entry.And when I press enter again the
fields get clear and I get the message writtin in the key press event
of the employee id and the focus stays in the last field.All I want to
do is to save the record,Clear the form for the next data entry,set
the focus to employee id field .
