Attaching Pictures to Record...Pls help

Hello all,

Please I need your help on this problem I'm having. I'm the database
administrator of my club and maintaining a database of members. I have
been adding the passport photo of members to their record but the size
of the databse grow exponentially.

In fact, having a record of just above 250 is giving me a database of
size 120MB, Pls I can't continue like this. Need your help

Hi,

An alternative is to link to the images rather than store them in the
database itself.

There are numerous explanations/discussions to be found if you search
