Turn value from row into column

Not sure if my previous msg got posted so here we go again:

I'm trying to turn values from a row into columns.
For example:
12345 Bigfoot 1 $1.00
12345 Bigfoot 2 $2.00
12345 Bigfoot 3 $3.00

ID NAME 1 2 3
12345 Bigfoot $1.00 $2.00 $3.00

How would I go about doing this?
