import from Excel to Access

I have a database with blank tables that I distribute to customers.
Some customers have files of varying types and would like to import
them into my database. I would like to be able to have them put in
into Excel and then map them and import into my existing tables. How
would I go about building this or is there a product on the market I
could incorporate to do this. It must be simple to use on the users
part.

Use a linked table in access to connect to your excel data and SQL to get
the info into tables.
