Calendar Report with data entered from Table

Hi:

I am trying to put together a report that looks like a refrigerator calendar. It will show
one line for each week in the month (always starting on a monday). If the month starts on
some other day, the monday will still appear, but the first real date in the month will be
the first one with an entry. On the form will be the date, on one line, the day of the
week immediately below it and the data from the table (a summary of all crew hours of work
done on a certain project) below that. These three lines will be strung out
horizontally, and repeated for each week in the month. Totals of various sorts will follow
that.

The table is still being designed, and I am attempting to figure out if its best to have
one records for each day (which will duplicate various identification data) or one for
each week and one cell for each day. The latter would require less space but could be
more difficult to manage.

Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated, as well as any thoughts on the design of the form
itself. From what I can see it could be tricky!.

Regards

john Baker
