Borderline O.T... Can Access read Signature setting in MS OutLook and OutLook Express?

MLH
I would like to invoke a procedure from within Access that would
read MS OutLook 'n OutLook Express Signature settings to make
sure a certain string exists there.

I have no earthly idea how to do this, though. Any suggestions
will be thoroughly explored. Thx.
