Does anyone have any ideas?
I have inherited a bad table design that looks like this:

id date date2 date3
1 01/01/2003 02/02/2003 03/03/2003
does anyone know how to write a query that isn't a make table that will return

id date
1 01/01/2003
1 02/02/2003
1 03/03/2003

Thanks again in advance
