DATASHEET DOES IT DO IT POST 2k

Can anyone tell me if versions of Access after 2000 can show different
colours in a datasheet screen. ie one single field in a single column
in a single line being a different colour than the rest or a range of
colours that are set by code depending upon their underlying data.

From 97 and 2000 all I get to be able to do is change the colour of
the whole screen, which is a bit 1900s really.

It say we have a list of jobs we need to display progress in different
columns, setting up the code is easy but not bing able to change the
colour or color is a real pain.

If you use a datasheet form (NOT viewing the table as a datasheet), you
can use Conditional formatting on the field.

You can do this in A2000.

Thanks for that Peter, I will go off and look at that now.
