Display unique records in access forms

Hi
I have a form which displays the rows from the table. The table does
not have a unique index. It has the following columns:

studentname
todate
fromdate
location

Now a particular studentID can have different locations.
e.g
Studentname todate fromdate location
test 11/12 11/14 RED
test 11/15 11/16 CCP

When i display this in the access form, it gives me duplicate records
as following
Studentname todate fromdate location
test 11/12 11/14 RED
test 11/12 11/14 RED

Any pointers how do I solve this problem?

Possibly someone _might_ be able to help if you would include the SQL for
the RecordSource of the Form. Without that, probably not.

Split table into two, one for students the other for locations and relate
them acording to student ID. Then a form about students with a subform about
student locations will do.
