Resource Scheduling db

Just been playing about with the Resource Scheduling db that comes with A97 to
see if any of it is relevant to my current project.
Couple of questions. If a customer is selected in the reservations form the
customerID should be stored in the schedule details table, customer id field (a
number field) however the customer firstname, lastname appears to be stored.

In the generate time slots routine, the user can select the start and end time .
The selected times appear to be ignored when the routine is run.

Any thoughts on these 2 points

TIA
