Use InstrRev() to locate the occurrance of vbCrLf twice (since you want the
last two lines), and then Mid() to pickup the text from that point.
Note:
1. Requires Access 2000 or later.
2. If you are not doing this in code, use Chr(13) & Chr(10) instead of
vbCrLf.
