Storing a list of answers for 1 order, best way

Hello, i was just wondering what other people think the best way to
store a series of 25 answers in a database. The way i have it thus
far is one table named questions and a second named answers, they
relate to each other based on a questionId column. This method works
fine except that every time one order is enterd 25 rows are added to
the answers db. I've also been playing around with having all 25
ansers in one record, but i can't think of an efficient way to
reference the answer based on the question when that is the case. Any
Ideas?
-Thanks Andy

I think your design is correct.
As far as having 25 records added: if you do want all 25 answers anyway,
it doesn't matter whether you will put them in one record with 25 fields
or in 25 records with one field - space required is roughly the same.
However, if you store them as separate records, the database design will
be a lot more straightforward, and easier to alter and maintain.
