Access file conversion without Access

The shipping software we currently use stores our customer address in an Access
database file. I need to import these records into a new shipping system that
does not read Access files. Does anyone know of a stand-alone utility that can
convert an Access file into, for example, a tabbed text file? I don't have
Access and the shipping software offers no export options. Thanks.

If you have Excel, you can link to an Access table, import the data
into XL, and save it as csv.
