updating tables - Microsoft Access / VBA

My question:

What is the easiest and fastest way to copy 3 tables set with
autonumbers into another database with the exact tables and keep the
same autonumbers and relationships intact? I've got to update a users
database and would like someone elses idea on the fastest way. Append
query or update query or ?
