Action Query

P: n/a
Hi,

I have a routine in my database that is designed to run a query from code
that builds a table and then opens a form which uses the table as the
recordsource. The toruble is that from time to time when returning to choose
another set of records the database gives me a error ...

The database engine could not lock the table ... because it is already in
use.....

Can anyone suggest what I should do to avoid this?

You could try explicitly saving the current record before going to choose
another set of records.
