Print report for 1 record

I've had a look on usenet but cannot find exactly what I want - and it
should be simple enough i guess..?

I have a purchase order database, nothing complicated, just a form based on
2 or 3 queries. The user enters the order, then I'd like them to be able to
print the order for sending to the supplier - it's a report already made
with same fields, etc.

Thanks,
Lap

I'm assuming that your form includes a field which is a primary key, such as
OrderID. If so, create a command button on the form whose OnClick event
triggers a macro to open the report. In the macro's Where Condition enter
the following:

[OrderID]=Forms![Name of Open Form]![OrderID]
