"There is no object in this control" in Access 97 form with registered MSINET.OCX on XP machine

"There is no object in this control" in Access 97 form with registered
MSINET.OCX on XP machine
I have an Access 97 database that I made a form with using the
Microsoft Internet Transfer control (MSINET.OCX). I want another user
to use this database.

We both have XP machines. I copied the MSINET.OCX to hers
c:\windows\system32\ directory and registered it with regsvr32 and it
registered fine.
When I get into Acces97 on her machine and open the form, we get
"There is no object in this control" and the control is whited out,
meaning we don't see it.

Anyone know why?

I have done the similar process with other databases on other machines
and it has allways worked fine. But this maybe the first time I may
have tired putting MSINET.OCX on someones elses XP machine.

Thanks
-Colin
