paragraph key in memo field

I am trying to use a VBA sub to concatenate some text to the end of a
memo field on a form. The text needs to include some formatting - in
particular a new paragraph. Using the enter key just closes the " of
the VB code and startes a new line in the sub. I have tried using
chr$(12) as per Ascii but this just produces a black rectangular
character. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Use & Chr(13) & Chr(10). You can also use the symbolic constants
vbNewLine or vbCrLf if using code.

txtMemo = txtMemo & vbNewline & strNewText
