form that you open in design view & immediately close that prompts "Do you wanna save changes to..."

I have a form that ALWAYS prompts me as to whether I want
to save the changes - every time I open it in design view -
even if I don't make ANY changes. Why might that be?

Maybe something wrong with it that is auto corrected (sucessfully or
not) when you open it.

I narrowed it down to an ole object. Removing it caused the
situation to go away. Putting it back reintroduced it. I'm still
debugging, but its not Hi-Pri at the moment...
