Do you mean that you are trying to use the Linked Table Manager to link to
tables on an Access database across the internet? If so, you are doomed to
failure, because (1) that is not supported and (2) the connections are
simply not fast enough.

Visit http://groups.google.com and search the archives of this newsgroup.
You'll find many, many articles on this subject -- I have responded
personally to quite a number, so you can start by using advanced search,
specifying this newsgroup, and from "Larry Linson", with keywords Internet
database FrontPage and .asp. You may have to refine the search or change
some of the words, but I'm sure you'll soon find some posts dealing with how
you can access an Access database via the web.

My suggestion, Web code should be asp or asp.net for IIS
you can generate sample asp.net with vb.net code around your access table
please check Access to .net wizard from www.exmlsoft.com
