MSAccess and FileNet Panagon Report Manager

Does anybody have any experience using FileNet's Panagon Report Manager.

I have set a reference to "Panagon Report Manager" and I get 2 classes from
this, PRMDocument and CGvDoc.

All I want to do is extract a report from Panagon in to an Access table,
each line of the report would be a record in the table.

I've tried the following

Dim MyObject as psmdsk32.PRMDocument
Set MyOject = New psmdsk32.PRMDocument

I get the following error message on the "Set MyObject" line of code:
Run time error 429
ActiveX component can't create object

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
