Have some Access code that does operations on c:\x.mdb.

I need to know how to perform an operation like "copy t:\myfile.mdb
c:\x.mdb" in VBA.

overwrite it if it exists.

Yes, it will as long as the file hasn't been made Read Only, locked with NTFS permissions,
or other problems.
