AC97: Filling out a PDF form through automation?

I would like to know if it's possible and how? Are there any examples
out there?

Yes, indeed.
Take a look at the guides that accompany SDK and Acrobat itself. Acrobat
provides a series of Java-driven objects that are transparently
available in VBA. They are not exactly glitch-free (at least those I
used in Acrobat 5), but you will be able to find workarouds.
I didn't work with forms in particular but I saw objects listed that can
do this. Sorry for the lack of examples but the object reference manual
in SDK is quite good. Tak a look.

Good luck,
Pavel
