I Just want to create A form tha could it be open without opening the database, any help would be really appreciated

You will have to harness another language to do this: VB6, VB.NET, C, perl, something. If you are patient
you could even do it using nothing but free Microsoft components: VBscript, IE, and ADO.

You would have to create the forms in VB and then create an executable.
