Access(97) won'r run - no license on this machine

In order to work at home on some work files I tried to install Access
97 (re-install, really) but Access97 won't run because there is no
license on this machine.

Office 97 is on C: where Win98 used to be - sorta still is
Office2002 is on D: where XP runs the machine now.

any ideas how to have Access 97 find the old license or put a new
license on - I have my Office 97 Pro OEM disk and serial number.

Your version is probably an upgrade. You will need some other MS software in
fullversion. I have solved this problem with inserting an old version of MS
Works when the install program asks for license.
