hidden form becomes visible if all other forms closed

P: n/a
Hi

Should a hidden form become visible when all other forms are closed?

This is what happens, and to ensure that it is always hidden, I have
to set the on got focus event handler of the form to

Me.Visible = False

to ensure that it is always hidden, no matter what.

(I use the hidden form that opens and is made invisible on startup to
hold a variety of objects that should be open until the app closes. I
never want the users to close this form, because that would kill the
objects and I want to guarantee that the close down procedures of the
different forms run even when the app is closed by whatever means
(barring crashes, obviously)).

No, it shouldn't become visible just because other forms are closed. I can have a blank
Access window with a database open (i.e. everything closed and/or hidden). However, if
your users have access to the Window|Unhide menu item, adding the code you mentioned is
probably a good idea anyway so that the user can't manually make the form visible.
