How do I Mail Merge RTF data to word?

Software: Office XP
Systeem: Win 2000

I'v been trying to merge an access database OLE field (containing RTF text)
into a word doc.

The mail merge works OK, all database fields are added except the OLE field
which is displayed as "Long binnary value or text" in the word doc after the
merge.

I would be most greatful to the group for any pointers on how to merge a RTF
/ole object to word or if possible display the same field in a access
report.

Thanks in advance

Mark
