Help combine two records

IMT
Hi all

I need some help.

i have a Db with 3 simple fields used for extended descriptions.

fields are

Itemnumber - sequense - comment

Data is like

d34563 - 000 -
d34563 - 001 - part description line 1
d34563 - 002 - part description line 2
and so on

what i need to do is take comment seq 001 and add comment seq 002 to
the end of it with a space inbetween.

creating a new table with part number and a concatinated comment field
