Thanks for that Chuck. Bit of a bummer when a file does a runner like
that.
For future reference, are we (i.e. plebes like me) allowed to make
files such as this available for download on our own sites or would we
need some special arrangement with MS?
No idea. I do, but remember that I really have no connection with MS
other then being the guy they contact when they want to post something
here. (Then I decide whether or not to do so!)
Now, that said, *I* save what I download so that I know where to get
the file again (well, when my CD Catalog system is working that
is....). I also don't do that silly "Windows Automatic Update" hunk
of junk for the same reason. Sitting through a 30 minute download &
install session once is enough! Then, when MS decides to remove
support for something.... Bye, bye go the files! Sorry, it ain't
happening.
