Date Update

Hi and TIA. I have a text field that holds date info (01/01/01). My
customer wants to keep it a text field so I'm stuck with it. The problem I
have is that several users have added the date as 01/01/20 because they
thought they were entering 01/01/2003. Is there a procedure/function I can
run that will find the records with /20 and update it to /03? I've tried
everything I can think of using DatePart/DateSerial/Year() etc., but haven't
had any luck. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
