SubForms, Queries and Text Box Values

Well, I'm sure that a better Subject title could have been chosen, but
the problem I have encompasses all. What I'm trying to avoid is
completely redoing a form that I have created by using subforms. This
will not be easy to describe so please bear with me. Perhaps if I just
summarize what I'm trying to accomplish, I will lose fewer readers.

The form I have created has 24 rows of text boxes with 5 boxes in each
in row. The first column is used for date of transaction. The other
columns represent quantities of items sold, price, fee and net sales
price with 3 grand total boxes at the bottom. There is a lot more to
the form than the above, but is really irrelevant to the problem.

What I'm trying to accomplish through use of a query is to extract a
user selected beginning and ending date period and the related
accumulative totals. Of course, the dates and rows used would be
irregular for each record.

Is there a way to dump the contents of this form into another or into
a query and then rebuild the data through use of another query? Any
ideas or suggestions will be welcomed. Thanks, Dalan
