two little problems!

1) Is there a way to copy the data file only from a database to a
backup area without copying the entire db structure? Is there a file
suffix I need to do this
2) I've copied a database to another machine and have problems running
it there. Why does happen? What can I do to setup the structure on
the second machine to execute.

thanx

you should split the database into 2 .mdb files, one containing only the
tables, the other containing the forms and queries and code. Regularly back
up the first file.

Often this is a problem with the libraries. Does one machine have multiple
versions of Office installed?

Thanx TMG;
Understand, now how do I go about saving the tables, all to gether or
one at a time. When I open Access where do I go to begin the process
