Apples, Pears n Oranges in Report

Ok here goes, 1 table access by a query. Query shows 2 Apples and 3
Pears only. Since there is no Oranges record found in the table.

Apples Pears
2 3

How do I include in the report the Oranges? Since there is no record
found/created yet which I know there is Oranges available but not sold
yet. My report would include the oranges but reflects as Zero.
Example:

Fruits Sold
===========
Apples = 2
Pears = 3
Oranges = 0

Thxs for your help.
