Installation of Access 2000 and Access 2002 on one machine

Dear reader,

Can I install Access-2000 and Access-2002 on one machine with as operation
system MS-XP.

If same one knows how to fix this please lat me know.

Yes, in different folders, but it's not necessary. If you install just
A2002 you can work on both types of mdb's.

Yes. I have versions 97, 2000, and 2002 on the same computer, my desktop, with Windows 2000. Basically, you should install each starting with the oldest version first. I have attached a link here for you so you can see what Microsoft recommends for Access 97 and 2000. I have not been able to find anything about Access 2002 in the Knowledge Base, however. The link to MS Knowledge Base Article-241141: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;241141 I do not recommend doing this. It seems after a while, the programs do not want to coexist with each other. That is why I have set up my laptop with a multi-boot arrangement where I have each of my versions of MS Access on different bootable drives. That is the answer; it works great!!
