To do that, you need to create an AfterUpdate Event linked to the
StatusDropBox where you would include the following code:
If me.statusDropDownBox = 22 or me.statusDropDownBox = 23 or
me.statusDropDownBox = 24 Then
me.SoldTo = Null
me.DateSold = null
me.SoldTo.Visible = False
me.DateSold.Visible = False
Else
me.SoldTo.Visible = True
me.DateSold.Visible = True
End if

Hello,
I have the following in a form:
[StatusDropDownBox]
22 In collection
23 External to collection
24 Deceased
25 Sold
[SoldTo]
[DateSold]
I would like the SoldTo and DateSold field to be disabled (or even
invisible) and saved with a null value if StatusDropDown has a value of
22, 23, or 24. The Null value needs to be forced and saved in both fields
whenever the value of the dropdown box is 22, 23, 24.
Thanks a lot!!
