Converting Access 2.0 Report into rtf

We are using an Access 2.0 application which will be replaced by
another solution. The new one is an Web-Application which is based on
SQL Server 2000. This application uses rtf-documents to create
reports. Now weīve got the problem that there are over 500 Access
report which has to be converted into rtf-documents. We tried to
export the reports out of the page review into Word, but that didnīt
work, because we are using Word XP or Word 2000.
There is also a problem using a later version of Access (97 or
higher), because of the difficult authorisation system that uses
ini-files. So we canīt access the data using Access 97 or 2000.
Is there an other possibility to easily convert Access reports into
rtf? We are forced to create rtf-documents. I donīt want that, but I
canīt choose.

Hi,

I think, you best achieve this by installing a virtual printer driver which
produces rtf-output (analog to the printer drivers which produces PDF).
Personally havenīt a clue how well that works but you may give it a try.

google is your friend

by just searching "printer driver RTF" if found massive links, some of them are:
