Report Selection Form Dates

I'm developing a report selection form and one of the elements of
design is providing Date from/to text boxes. I have a Table that
contains all of the information regarding the reports and did create a
column for assigning a value if dates are required for the reports
(1=yes, -0=no).

Need to know what code to use and where to allow this feature to be
used on the report selection form and to have the Date from/to boxes
appear only if in fact a date range is required for a particular
report. Any assistance would be welcomed. Thanks, Dalan

You don't mention if you are using a listbox, or a continues sub-form.

however, just check the value of the box like:
if me.HasDateRange = True then

strWhere = your date criteria

else

strWhere = ""

endif

docmd.openReport "the reprot",acViewPreview,,strWhere

The above would assume that you are using a continues form. If using a
listbox, then use

if me.lstMyReports.column(1) = True (assuming the 2nd column is the
true/false flag.
