Anybody knows what is it?
npctrl.dll is a Plug-In from Microsoft for delivering media created with Silverlight which is a programming model for developing and distributing rich Internet applications (RIA) that use graphics, animations or video within the .NET framework.
...and how to clear this error?
In any Code View Window, select Tools ==> References, then deselect this reference which should have the word MISSING preceding it.

I am concerned. I have recently moved to A97 from Access 2.0 where I rolled out runtime apps with the ADT. Now, the Office Pro Developer's Edition with Access 97 is what I'm using. I find some unfriendly behavior. I want (need) to find out what the pro's (like you guys) are doing to circumvent some of the difficulties encountered when rolling out A97 runtime apps into environments that either have or may have in the future MS Access 97...

Type Library Importer : tlbImp This tool is used to convert the type library definitons found in COM components to .NET assembly. This tool works on the entire type library at the same time and hence you cannot use this tool to generate type information for a particular type found in the COM Component. The assemblies that are produced by this tool can be easily strong named by using the /keyfile or /keycontainer options.

When a user tries to open a database which happens to be secured with useraccounts (username, password etc), the user should be notifed to login. Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
