Custom Menus Question (Remove 'Type a question for help').

In one (actualy several) of my databases I create custom menus.
However on all of these menus, the "Type a question heer for help"
combo box appears to the right side. Can anyone here point me to code
(whatever) that will turn this feature off?

I have a custom Access menu with sub-menus and sub-sub-menus. (220 items). Right now I have created 220 Functions and attached each individual Function to the specific OnAction property. The Functions return Text which is the same as the Caption of the sub-sub-menu items. I would like to reference the Custom Popup Caption of these sub-sub-menus and pass it through one Function for input in a form. *** Sent via Developersdex...

Hello everyone, I have created a custom component and one of its properties is a class object with it's own properties. During runtime, I can assign values to the class object properties just fine. However, when attempting to assing default values as designtime in the propertygrid, nothing is working on the class object. I know that I am doing it wrong, any ideas what it is? Thanks in advance

Hello, I'm new to C# programming and would like to create a menu strip at form-load, based on the results of a SQL query. The function would create a menu depending on user rights. Do you have any article where I can learn about Menustip hierarchy, MenuStrip, ToolStrip, ToolStripItem, How do I create sub, sub-sub, sub-sub-sub-menus etc. Or is there an easier way to do this? Thanks! Justin

I have developed a generic list-based css menu. It works both in IE7 and Firefox, and with the help of Peter Nederlof's csshover.htc, with older IE versions. I have included a simplified version below. The list goes something like this: <ul class="menu"> <li>Menu 1 <ul> <li>Item 1</li>

Hi, New to the forums and have a question. I've only been developing for about five months now so I apologize if this seems oversimplistic....I am writing a program on an idea I had on a whim. It's based on the fact that a store (Wal-Mart) is laid out in a logical manner and you can shop efficiently if your shopping list is in order. What I have are two listboxes, the left one contains all the items I might buy and as you double click on...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
