Access Project Refresh connection to SQL Server 2000

I have an SQL Server database which I have upsized from Access. I have
written a Procedure in SQL Server which creates a new table based on
joining several other tables.

However, Access Project is unable to see this table untill I view the
table list and hit F5. Is there a way to do this programatically
within the vba code.

Public Function fnc_test()
Dim cn As New ADODB.Connectio n
Dim cmd As New ADODB.Command
Dim rs As New ADODB.Recordset
Set db = CurrentDb

cn.Provider = "sqloledb"
cn.Properties(" Data Source").Value = "(Local)"
cn.Properties(" Initial Catalog").Value = "GDLSQL"
cn.Properties(" Integrated Security").Valu e = "SSPI"

cmd.ActiveConne ction = cn
cmd.CommandText = "fnc_master "
cmd.CommandType = adCmdStoredProc

tbl = "temp_tbl_maste r"
DoCmd.DeleteObj ect acTable, tbl

Set rs = cmd.Execute

End Function

I have been looking after an MS Access database, using table links to access data in a back-end MDB database. We have recently micrated to a SQL Server 2000 back-end atabase, once again accessing it though table links. I am comfortable with the data side of things (whether through table links or an adodb.recordset). What I am missing,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...
