Display only field values related to previous selected values

Good morning,
I have a table that contains three fields that I would like to
relate one to another, in other words, for example, when I go to the
form and I click on the drop down box for Buildings and select
Building1, when I go to the following field Floors, I would like to
only display the floor values that belong to Building1 so I can select
one of those. Once I have selected a Floor value for Building1, when I
jump on to the other field, Rooms, all I want to be able to display on
the drop down box are the room numbers that belong to the selected
Floor, which belongs to Building1.
Right now, when I go to these fields, regardless of my selection, I
get to display every value out there for all the Buildings, Floors and
How can I restrict Access to display Floors values depending on the
selected Building value and so on?
Thank you for your help.

Hi. I've been using display:none on the style property of some <option> elements in my forms, which works fine with Mozilla - as expected it removes the option from my dropdown (although it still exists in the code). Is there an equivalent in IE? The reasoning behind this is that I want users to rank objects using a <select> for each place (see below), and to remove the choice of earlier objects from <select> drop-downs later in the...

Good morning, I have a table with three fields, Buildings, Floors and Rooms. This is what I would like to do; in my form when I select Building1 in my drop down box for Buildings, when I go to the next drop down field which is Floors, all I would like to see is just the floors that belong to Building1 only and then once I have selected a value for Floors, when I go to the next drop down field which is Rooms, all I want to see are the...

Hi, I am working on a genealogy form. The only table (so far) lists everybody in the family, one record per person. Each record has an autonum ID. The parent form (frmMainForm) displays the data in each record, which includes the ID of the father and the mother (who also have records in the table). One record per form. I have a Tab Control in the form, and in one of the tabs I have a subform (sfmSiblings) in which I wish to list...

This is something I've done plenty of times in '97, but I can't seem to get it to work correctly in Access 2003. Say, for example, I have a form with an unbound combobox, the data source is a table of customers, first column is the key field, which is hidden with a 0" width, and the second column is the customer name. The SQL is a union query that also inserts Null in the first column, and "All" in the second column. That combobox gets...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
