error in generation of XML using XSL and XML

Hi I have created a xsl using RAd from Two XSD s one is INPUT XSD and the OTHER is OUTPUT XSD for Output xml.
After creating when I try to create the output XML using the XSL and Input XML..it is giving an xml whith root xml tag and all the values of tags from input xml in a long string whithout any tag printed.
Do you have any solution for the same..
