nsgml parser help

Hi i want to modify the "xml.dcl" file

I want to throw the error message for these characters "á" "ó" while doing nsgml parsing. Please any one help me how to modify the xml.dcl

Did you mean sgml parser? Which parser are you using?

Are you sure this is not an internal app to your company?
