XL mail merge into word

Hi guys,
can anyone tell me how to export data from a spreadsheet to a word mail merge document only showing the 2 decimal places I've amended the spreadsheet to show as so far about 12 decimal places go across as per my formula? Thanks, helen

Is there any reason why you can't change the cell formatting to 2 decimal places for the export?

Otherwise, sorry, not familiar with mail merge.
