Regsvr32 errors

I'm trying to register two libraries. as I show here:

C:\Windows\System32\Regsvr32.exe C:\DLLS\Systray.ocx
C:\Windows\System32\Regsvr32.exe C:\Windows\System32\Barcodex.ocx
 

The error in the register of Systray.ocx is 0x80004005
The error in the register of Barcodex.ocx is 0x80040200

I have run a command prompt as an administrator.
I started Windows XP as administrator.
I started Windiws 7 and Windows XP administrator and then as an administrator.

Always with the same result.

The idea is to add one more machine to the development team and this problem does not allow us to move forward.

The routes shown are necessary, can not register them elsewhere.

The PC is "Windows XP Mode" that runs on a Windwos 7 Proffesional Service Pack 1.
The processor is Intel I5.
Pc with Windows 7 has 6 GB of RAM.
PC with Windows XP has 3 GB of RAM.
