disabling internet access for regular intervals

I would like to be able to disable at the very least web access from my home computer between 10PM and 6AM and if possible disable windows access altogether for that time period.

Freedom only works with apple computers - is there some way of doing that to Windows XP PCs?

My friend XP by itself will make it very hard to do what you are looking for. I am not sure what your technical ability is but here is a link that will help you with what you are looking for. The whole lock down the computer during hours may not be covered by it but as far as locking down the machine, this makes windows easy
