ms outlook email message duplicate problem

Hi, I'm using ms outlook as email client and connect to the mail server through mdaemon outlook connector 2.1. However, recently, my emails are duplicated and fill my inbox. what's the cause of such problem and I want to know the solution. I want to know how to stop saving email copies on the server.

please help at once.
